Introduction
If your Christopher Ward watch doesn't fit quite right, you can return it under our 60-day free returns policy. We want you to feel confident when buying a watch online, so we've made the process as simple and reassuring as possible.
Can I return my watch for fit reasons?
Yes. If the watch is not the right fit, you can return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is returned in perfect, unused condition with all accompanying paperwork.
You can try the watch on, but please leave the protective packaging on while doing so to help keep the watch in returnable condition.
How to start a return
To begin your return, complete the Return Form at christopherward.com/returns-policy.html or email our team for support. A member of our team will be in touch within two working days to arrange the return.
You will need your full web order number, such as CW-XXXXXXXX, from your invoice and the email address used for the order.
How to send your watch back
Once your return has been arranged, UK customers can print a Royal Mail returns label at home or take a QR code to their nearest Royal Mail Post Office. International customers can use DHL for their return.
Please make sure the watch is securely packed for transit so it arrives safely with us.
What happens after we receive it?
When your watch arrives back with us, it will be carefully assessed by our watch technicians.
If the watch shows signs of wear or damage, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. If it is found to be in Nearly New condition with slight marks, costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the watch is determined to be in worn condition, we won't be able to process a refund and the item will be returned to you.
Refunds, exchanges and timing
If you choose a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method, usually within approximately 14 working days from when the return is acknowledged.
You can also choose to exchange your watch for another model instead of receiving a refund.
Returns from Germany
If you are returning an order valued at more than €1,000 from Germany, you will need to purchase an MRN from your local customs authority. We will refund this cost.
Where applicable, sales taxes are refunded when the watch is returned. Customs duties cannot be refunded on returns.
