Introduction
Christopher Ward watches and bundles are sold as seen. In most cases, the specifications of a watch, including the dial or watch face, hand color, and strap, cannot be changed after purchase.
Can I change the dial or strap after I place my order?
No. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to change the dial, watch face, hand color, or strap. Bundles are also sold as seen and cannot usually be modified after purchase.
When are custom changes possible?
Customisation requests can only be considered in limited cases, such as when the watch was purchased as part of a bespoke order. In some cases, requests may also be possible if the watch was purchased within 60 days and is still in new condition.
What if I want a different strap or dial?
If you would like a different configuration, please check whether the watch is available in the version you want before placing your order. If your order has already been completed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
